Currently, we owe approximately $300,000.00 on our land. The building project is going to be approximately $1,600,000.00. That is a total amount of $1,900,000.00 to pay off the land and build Phase 1 of our church home. The goal is to pay off our land and secure financing for the project.

Can We Do This?
Yes! The price tag of this project may seem overwhelming but Rocky River has a faith and a past of accomplishing the impossible. We will tackle this one day at a time, together, and trusting God as we move forward. The reality is that we cannot afford to wait any longer. Neighborhood by neighborhood, one house at a time, God is bringing a mission field to our “future” doorstep. God had given us a strategic location and the opportunity to create something special in an area that is bursting with new growth. It is time to build! Philippians 4:13 says we can do everything through Him Who gives us strength.

What Will It Take?
The cost of this project is too big for our regular budget or for just a few families to carry the load. As in the past, accomplishing this goal will take all of us working together and making equal sacrifices, not equal gifts, as God leads us. “Sacrifice” means to willingly give the best for a greater purpose. While everyone cannot give the same amount, we can all give something as we make sacrifices in our spending.
